By accessing or using Co.Actor (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
To impersonate any person or entity
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your subscription plan.

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
Billing Cycle: Monthly plans renew automatically on the same day each month. Annual plans renew automatically every 12 months.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increases. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on your subscription type:

Free Trial: No refunds are applicable during the free trial period as no charges are made.
Annual Plans: 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, contact [email protected] for a full refund.
Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made to your payment method
Your account and data will be retained for 90 days, after which they may be permanently deleted
You can reactivate your subscription within 90 days without losing your data

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Co.Actor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Co.Actor, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
